This single-origin coffee from Guatemala’s famed Finca Medina is processed using an artisan "Honey Process," which allows the coffee bean to absorb the natural sweetness and flavors of the fruit during drying. The result is a bean that performs beautifully for cold brewing, producing a naturally sweet and smooth coffee profile.

Our beans are expertly medium-roasted in small batches to highlight the unique characteristics of the region while maintaining a balance of flavor and complexity. And because freshness is key, your coffee is roasted in-house and shipped immediately to your doorstep.
